📄️ Filtering responses

You can use the fields property in the API request to specify the properties you want returned in the result.

Although providing the IP address in the event is optional, it's highly recommended. This allows the IP collected by the agent to be verified. If you don't provide it, the IP address collected by the agent will be used.

You can provide an external ID of your choosing in the external_id property of the API request. This can be any string up to 50 characters long.

Privacy regulations across the world are evolving quickly. Generally, to comply with privacy regulations, you'll need to declare Hitprobe as a controller and/or processor of your user's information (depending on your and your user's region).
