Managing blocks

You can view a list of blocks for the selected site by clicking on Blocked IPs or Blocked domains on the menu.

info

You must select a site to be able to view blocks (top left directly under the Hitprobe logo). If you don't see the Blocked IPs or Blocked domains options, you're probably viewing All sites.

From this page you can see the details and status of blocks, delete all blocks, export a full list in CSV format, retry any failed syncs, or add a new block manually.

Status

Since blocks need to be reliably synced with third party systems, the status field shows the remote status of the block. Possible statuses are:

  • Active - The block is fully active.
  • Syncing - Hitprobe is adding or removing the block remotely.
  • Error - There was a problem with the sync. The message may provide more information about the problem. Click the retry icon or the Retry all button at the top of the page to try failed syncs again.
  • Deleted - After the block is successfully deleted, it will remain in this status until the page is refreshed.
