Upgrading and downgrading

You can upgrade or downgrade at Account > Plan > Change plan. Upgrades and downgrades happen immediately.

To move back to the free plan, you'll need to choose the Manage billing option and cancel your paid plan. Subscription cancellations happen at the end of your current billing period.

Sites and users on cancellation date

Please make sure you are within free plan limits for sites and users on the day of your downgrade to the free plan (the end of your current billing period).

If there are more sites or users than available, some sites and/or users will be disabled to allow the downgrade to proceed without exceeding your plan. You can upgrade again to restore access to them if needed.
